With years of CAMHS experience, our team is well-equipped to handle a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges that children may face. BEVERLEY

 

Play Therapist and Founder

 

Beverley is a highly experienced professional in the field of Play Therapy, with extensive knowledge and expertise in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). 

 

Her expertise has been gained in different areas within the children’s arena which have including inpatient services, forensics nursing, A&E and community-based services, crisis care as well as extensive knowledge and background of NHS management. 

 

Beverley has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children and young people in their mental health journeys.

Beverley supports her work with children in conjunction with systemic approach, working with parents, guardians or adopters to encourage a whole family approach.

 

Beverley has vast experience of working with children who are supported by the local authority, who are adopted, fostered and special guardianship. She has provided support  to children with attachment difficulties, exposure to neglect, who have experienced trauma and all aspects of abuse. Beverley have worked with children who are NEET, have special educational needs, mutism, autism, gender identity, transition work, ADHD, ASD, social difficulties, anxiety and risk.
